A Hope-area woman killed in a one-vehicle accident near here early Wednesday morning was on her way to classes at a Texarkana school when the crash occurred, the Arkansas State Police said Wednesday.

The Solid Waste Committee of Texarkana, Ark., will meet in public session this morning.
